PSG fail to score their big moments.
Athletic Club 0-0 Paris Saint-Germain had been frustrating to the holders who were unable to convert their good opportunities into goals. During the second half, Barcola was very close to halting the stalemate as he executed a very strong curling shot, which struck the crossbar. The moment gave PSG a boost of energy, but their shooting was not accurate in the areas that needed it the most.
Another big opportunity that Fabian Ruiz had was towards the end of the game, when he was gifted with a clean pass by Doue in the box. The next shot was also targeted at Simon, and the follow-up was saved by a defender on the line, which became another frustration of PSG.
Simon Shines as Athletic Get a Hard-fought Point.
